This workshop is aimed at business owners who want to learn how to "Do It Yourself" when it comes to marketing their business. It is your chance to tap into industry experience, get hands-on support, and walk away with a clear direction forward in how to thrive in business through marketing.
In this workshop, we cover six modules to give you strong foundations and a clear direction to see your business grow and thrive. The six modules covered are:
1. Knowing your People - looking into getting clear on who we are selling to. Build the connection to create long-lasting relationships and loyalty.
2. Knowing your Business - honing in on the "why" you are here offering your product and services to the world, and what makes you stand out from the crowd, setting you apart from competitors.
3. Creating Strong Foundations - getting hands-on with looking at your current marketing channels including website, social media, and paid advertising. We look at the key things to do on each of these channels and industry tips on how to make them work harder for you.
4. Creating Awareness - how do you show up for your target audience and cut through the noise on marketing channels? We get clear on important ways you can create awareness in the market and attract the right customers to your business consistently.
5. Generate Sales - we look into what a customer journey is and how this contributes to your sales by creating a strong conversion funnel. You get interactive space to build and create.
6. Build Loyalty - we dive into a retention strategy to create loyalty with your current customers and continue to provide value and positive word-of-mouth recommendations.
